  I enjoy the new ability to scan items as I shop with my phone app then at a self checkout a fantastic employee gives my items a once over to assure all items are accounted. Then I use my phone to checkout and pay by scanning the register screen and voila! My receipt is emailed to me. I enjoy shopping longer because I see the price and taxes prior to paying [unless it is a per pound item like produce]. Bravo Wal-Mart. Pleasant experience when I used to get anxiety at checkout because the price always snuck up on me.

  its alright. but yesterday I went to try to return a tube of tooth paste and was treated like a thief. At first the customer service lady was going to put it on a walmart card which was fine but the manager butted in and said "no. I need your Id." All I wanted to do was exchange it really but the manager said "then I cant do it!! " I said " I just want to exchange it." She leaned over the counter about an inch from my face and said." No!" I will be contacting corporate about this women she is hateful and instigating towards customers.

  All the staff are REALLY friendly and helpful. Some cool tech too (love the big greeter unit when you walk in that shows you where things are on a big interactive map - and the self scan stuff).
